This Refund Policy / Return Policy applies to consumer purchases made through the WANNIXING website for delivery within the EU 27. It explains the rules that apply to ordinary return requests, including eligible change-of-mind withdrawals, and it also explains how WANNIXING handles faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect items. This page is intended for B2C orders. Different rules may apply to business purchases, custom commercial arrangements, or cases where mandatory local consumer law gives the customer additional protection.
For eligible online consumer orders, you may have the right under applicable law to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without having to give a reason. This ordinary withdrawal right applies only where the relevant legal conditions are met and does not apply to every product or every situation. Where the right of withdrawal applies, you must clearly inform WANNIXING of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period.
To request a return, please email [email protected] within the applicable period and provide your order number, the item details, and the reason for the return. If the item is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include clear photos so that we can review the issue promptly.
Customers must contact customer service at [email protected] to obtain the detailed return address and return instructions before sending any item back. Do not send goods back without prior return instructions. If a withdrawal request is accepted, the goods must then be sent back without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw, unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed.
Unless a different mandatory rule applies under the law governing your order, the withdrawal period for eligible goods is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person identified by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. To exercise the withdrawal right, the customer must send a clear statement by email before the withdrawal period expires. A request sent after the applicable period has expired may not qualify as an ordinary withdrawal return.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. WANNIXING does not accept unauthorised returns sent without prior return instructions. If applicable law requires a different result in a particular case, that law will prevail.
Returned goods should be sent back complete and, where reasonably possible, in the condition in which they were received, including all accessories, manuals, cables, connectors, packaging components, and any other items supplied with the product. Goods returned with missing parts, damage, signs of misuse, physical alteration, or other condition issues may not qualify for a full refund and may, where legally supportable, be refused or assessed for reduced value.
Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in a similar way to what would normally be possible in a physical shop setting. Handling that goes beyond this may affect the amount refunded where permitted by law.
For off-grid power products, activities such as installation, wiring, mounting, configuration, load testing, connection to batteries, solar systems, vehicles, vessels, buildings, or other equipment, integration into a wider electrical system, drilling, cutting, stripping, crimping, relabelling, or any other physical or functional alteration may go beyond what is necessary for basic inspection. Such handling does not automatically mean that a return is impossible, but it may affect the refund amount or return eligibility depending on the condition of the goods when received back by WANNIXING and whether they can be restored to a resaleable condition.
If the goods have been handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, WANNIXING may apply a reduced refund to reflect any diminished value, where legally applicable. The extent of any reduction will depend on the actual condition of the returned goods, including whether the product shows signs of installation, wiring, mounting, use, wear, cosmetic damage, missing components, altered packaging, or other loss of resale value.
If the goods have been modified, damaged, have missing parts, or have been combined with other items in a way that prevents restoration to a resaleable condition, the return may not qualify for a full refund and may be refused to the extent legally supportable.
The ordinary withdrawal right does not apply, or may not apply, to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where applicable law provides such an exclusion. For WANNIXING, this may include, for example, customised voltage configuration, special wiring or connector requirements, made-to-order configurations, personalised labelling or packaging, and other goods produced or adapted to the customer’s specific requirements.
This section applies only to the ordinary withdrawal right. It does not remove any rights you may have if a product is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This section is separate from ordinary withdrawal requests.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, defective, incomplete, or not the item you ordered, please contact WANNIXING as soon as reasonably possible at [email protected]. Please include your order number, item details, a description of the issue, and clear photos where available. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, provide return instructions and a suitable remedy in line with applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances and the rights available under applicable law, the remedy for a faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect item may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Mandatory legal rights for consumers remain separate from, and are not limited by, the ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal process.
Where a refund is due, WANNIXING will make the reimbursement to the original payment method used for the order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and no additional fees arise for you as a result.
For eligible withdrawal returns, WANNIXING will process reimbursement without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, where applicable, we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Where legally applicable, any refund may be reduced to reflect diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. If the returned goods do not qualify for a full refund because of damage, modification, missing parts, or loss of resaleable condition, WANNIXING may notify you of the outcome after inspection of the return.
