Shipping starts from the day after payment is received. Based on our records, delivery usually takes 7–15 days from the production location, while the slowest regions may require an additional 2–3 days.
Responsibility depends on which side the issue arises from, whether during shipment and delivery or during use.
Multiple layers of protective packaging are used during shipment, so the parcel may appear larger on arrival. As unforeseen situations may occur during transport, damage is still possible in transit, and in such cases the seller is responsible.
If the issue occurs during use, for example with cables or similar parts, replacement must be purchased at your own expense. The product itself must be used strictly in accordance with the user manual. If anything is unclear or conflicts with your understanding, please contact customer support.
